The
HubSpot Digital Marketer (HDM) is the main support for an account focused on HubSpot. The job requires expertise in using HubSpot for CRM, process improvements, and ongoing optimizations.
The HDM will act as a consultant for the client and provide recommendations in using HubSpot for:
â— Execution and improvement of functionality
â— Troubleshooting
â— Optimizing campaigns and workflows
â— Process improvements
Here are the role's five core accountabilities:

2. Accomplishment of technical training for the job
3. Day-to-day client communications relating to projects and task trafficking
4. Delivering quality work within standard turnaround times
5. Learning & innovating with client tools
Responsibilities:
â— Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to address any user issues or inquiries related to HubSpot implementation and usage.
â— Optimize HubSpot workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and other marketing assets to drive engagement and conversions.
â— Optimize HubSpot lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing programs to maximize the effectiveness of inbound campaigns.
â— Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features, technologies, and certifications, and recommend new strategies and tools as necessary
â— Communicate regularly with direct reports and team to provide updates on campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure alignment with the company goals.
â— Work closely with the client and his/her account team lead to make sure that the scope and direction of each project are met, and commitments are delivered in the best quality standard
â— Identify, prioritize, and resolve Client issues/concerns regarding the projects; Coordinate and provide a response and/or solutions; and do basic QA for best practices.
â— Create Process Documentation related to HubSpot implementations,
improvements, and best practices for the client
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Management,
Mass Media, or related fields
Experience
â— At least 2 years of work experience with strong project management qualities and potential to lead.
â— At least 2 years of experience in inbound marketing using the HubSpot platform for different clients
â— In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's marketing automation, lead management, and CRM functionalities.
â— Strong technical skills and proficiency in working with HubSpot
â— Familiarity with integration testing and troubleshooting
â— Knowledge and experience in working with digital projects, such as websites, EDM, landing pages, and social media.
â— Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable HubSpot solutions.
