Human Resources Officer

As the Human Resources Officer/Assistant, you are responsible for providing extra support for the everyday operations of the HR Team. Your role is to guarantee that all employees are kept productive and inspired. Together with your team, you will also be managing various people programs related to engagement, compensation & benefits, and training among others.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources as a generalist.
• Knowledge in all HR facets is an edge

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor in Business Administration or Bachelor of Science in Human Resources or in any related behavioral science course
• Has good and effective communication skills
