Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary:

A skilled and experienced HR Business Partner specializing in talent acquisition, recruitment and other HR functions. This individual will spearhead talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the attainment of recruitment metrics, expediting turnaround time with high-quality candidates, and providing strong support for various HR initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology or related fields.

Experience: Proven minimum 5 years work experience as an HR Business Partner with a focus on talent requisition and talent management.

Work Location: Calamba City, Laguna

Working Condition: Role is 100% onsite

Job Description:

1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talents.
2. Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, compensation proposal preparations and onboarding.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their headcount requirements and provide strategic guidance on hiring potential talents. Provide support in talent planning and workforce management.
4. Build a strong company branding to attract qualified candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
5. Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to continuously improve the recruitment processes and strategies.
6. Prepares reports, metrics and insights to track recruitment effectiveness, employee performance and talent retention.
7. Maintain a strong talent pipeline, develop talent pools for critical roles and participate in succession planning.
8. Partner with internal stakeholders to drive employee engagement, performance management and other HR functions.
9. Support in developing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
10. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and legal regulations related to talent acquisition and talent management.
11. Stay up to date on industry trends, outlooks and best practices in talent acquisition and HR.
