As an Associate Engineer, Inside Sales, you will:
· Conduct market research to identify potential leads.
· Evaluate the quality of leads and customer database.
· Call market decision-makers, introduce them to our exciting technology, and book web demos for our closers.
· Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to organize your daily calls and ensure the smooth handoff of qualified leads.
· Enter sales-related data into our CRM.
· Extract databases from multiple online platforms.
· Follow-up on demo bookings.
Who You Are:
You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You can proficiently converse, creatively propose straightforward solutions, and develop alternative resolutions to customer concerns. You're interpersonally savvy, can collaborate, and efficiently work with people at any level, excelling in a team environment.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related behavioral courses.
· At least 1 year of experience gained from interactive customer service and related functions.
· At least 1 year of experience gained from marketing or industrial sales.
· Proficiency in data analytics and data management
· Knowledge of Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Refrigeration (HVACR) is a plus.
· Background in offshore service operations is an added advantage.
