We are looking for a skilled Internal Audit Specialist who is fluent in Japanese to join our team. The primary responsibility of the role is to: - Contribute to the risk-based audit plan, reporting to Company Leadership and the Audit Committee. - Conduct diverse audits focusing on emerging risk areas. - Provide advisory services to business partners for proactive risk management. - Shape the future of Company Internal Audit through efficiency initiatives. - Stay current through participation in our training program. Must Have: - CPA, BS Accountancy - Minimum four years of auditing experience in Big 4 or a global organization. - Strong knowledge of financial, operational, compliance, and systems auditing. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. - Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Preferred: CIA or CFE certification, readiness for travel. Good to Have: - CIA certification - Japanese Language Speaking
