Investment Operations Coordinator

Job Details:

• Managing new investor sign up - applications, KYC checks, document management and investor follow up
• Investor engagement - Assist in managing investor queries (written) and management of email inbox
• Supporting the end to end process for capital raises - includes populating capital raise templates, managing bookbuild spreadsheets (data capture from investor interest) and issuing investor capital calls.
• Financial reconciliations - support the reconciliation of transactions (investor data and financial data)
• Data analysis and data based management - support adhoc data queries, including updating investor records
• Preparing off market transfer requests
• Managing inbound operating updates from portfolio companies
  

• Data entry, database management and basic ability to manipulate and analyse data. Experience with airtable as a data base would be highly regarded
• Confident in handling sensitive information and legal documents, and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly excel and experience with CRM systems
• Familiarity with Dropbox and other file-sharing platforms.
• Basic understanding of financial statements
