Key responsibilities: Assist customer's concerns and queries Repair and document any equipment from the client, both under warranty and chargeable. Monitor status of engineering during projects. Coordinate with customers in order to fulfill customer needs and satisfaction. Create accurate reports and possible recommendations to customers. Create turnover documents for sales and customers. Create and save backup files for the alignment of equipment. Handle remote support to clients Ensure all received cases are properly recorded and reported. Proper handover of cases to the co-tech support engineer Monitor and report any defects in individual tools, special tools, project equipment, software, etc. Report issues encountered in rendering the job to the engineering assistant manager or manager. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or other related fields Preferably with an related background Can work overtime and night shifts High level of attention to detail High-level customer care approach High-level technical and analytical skills Decisive and high level of confidence Innovative, flexible, and adaptable to new technologies Proficient and able to use various software user interface (UI) variety Result-driven individual Good communication skills both oral and written Allowed to travel on short notice
