Position Summary:
Working closely with the Executive Director and Director of Total Rewards; role will manage the day to-day administration of ETSs Compensation Programs. Will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs including base salary, short term, and long term incentives; and recognition programs. The role will provide guidance and assistance to management and HR team members (i.e., HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition) and will serve as the compensation point of contact to designated business units and/or functional groups.
