Liaison Officer

• Checks admitted members with the admitting section of each assigned hospital
• Report admitted members with all necessary information to the head office
• Visit and explains to the admitted members the benefits and limitations of his/her coverage
• Field Liaison Officer shall inform the required documents and discharge process of the said hospital
• Gathers the necessary information with regard to the members availment through patients chart and attending doctors
• Issues LOA for admitted members at assigned hospital for each covered availment
• Mediates with attending physicians the concerns of the admitted members
• Reports any concerns/problem of internal or external clients to their respective Team Leader

Qualifications:

• Graduate of 4-year medical course
• No experience required
