Logistics & Sales Support Specialist

Offer: Can offer up to 50k package (depending on your qualifications) A Logistic & Sales Support Specialist is expected to:
. Process and manage drop ship orders, ensuring timely and accurate handling
from order receipt to delivery.
. Update shipping information and track shipments in drop-ship vendor portals.
. Keep the drop ship vendor portal inventory accurate and up-to-date.
. Validate that daily orders are received and processed by our third-party logistics (3PL) provider.
. Generate and manage freight labels within vendor portals for all outgoing
shipments.
. Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, estimated time of arrival, and other concerns promptly and professionally.
. Compile and provide daily reports on late orders to the department manager,
highlighting any issues or delays.
. Maintain accurate product packaging information within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
. Keep internal drop ship item price lists and freight matrices current and accurate.
. Manage and upload invoices to vendor portals as required.
. Contribute to the enhancement and updating of various Sales Order Import
scenarios.
. Assist in the creation of GS1 Barcodes as needed.
. Provide robust data entry and analysis support to the Logistics team. What it takes to be part of our team:
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain
Management, or a related field.
. Proven experience in logistics and sales support, particularly in dropshipping
operations.
. Strong proficiency in MYOB Advance experience with this software is highly
advantageous.
. Excellent skills in data entry and the ability to perform detailed analysis.
. Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly in maintaining and managing inventory and shipping details.
. At least 2 years of experience in a logistics support role within a fast-paced
environment.
. Experience working with international and domestic shipping logistics is
preferred.
. Familiarity with the video gaming industry is a plus but not required. Whatu0027s in it for you
