Job Description - Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:


SM Investments Corporation is seeking an experienced Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As a full-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Providing excellent customer service through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Handling client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assisting clients with account management, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving payment disputes. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and improve the overall customer experience. 5. Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Developing and maintaining knowledge of company products and services to effectively address client inquiries. 7. Updating client records and documenting interactions for future reference.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resilient attitude with a strong dedication to providing exceptional customer support. 2. Excellent planning and analytical skills to effectively prioritize tasks and problem solve. 3. Proficiency in using various online communication tools and customer relationship management systems. 4. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
