Job Description - Operations Manager

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall productivity.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including supervisors, inventory managers, and logistics coordinators, to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control procedures, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products, to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize discrepancies.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to customers, while maintaining high standards of service and compliance with regulations.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.

Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of the operations team and track progress towards goals.
