Scope & Responsibilities:

Process Analysis and Improvement

• Evaluate existing advertising processes, from creative development to campaign execution, to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Design and implement streamlined workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and optimize processes.

Resource Allocation and Optimization

• Analyze resource utilization, including human resources, equipment, and technology, to ensure optimal allocation.
• Develop strategies to improve resource efficiency and utilization, minimizing downtime and maximizing output.

Data Analysis and Decision Making

• Collect and analyze data related to advertising campaigns, operational workflows, and performance metrics.
• Use data insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for process enhancements and resource allocation.

Technology Integration and Automation

• Identify opportunities for automation and technological integration to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams or vendors to implement and optimize advertising-related software and tools.

Quality Control and Performance Metrics

• Establish quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality advertising materials.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics to track the efficiency and effectiveness of advertising operations.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with various departments (e.g., creative, account management, production) to streamline interdepartmental processes and improve overall efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in process optimization.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the utilization of tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software.
• Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Familiarity advertising and marketing concepts is considered a plus.
• Work experience within the advertising, marketing, or creative industries.
