Heavy Equipment Parts Sales Specialist (Caloocan City/Davao)

Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products)

• Responsible for formulating and statistically analyzing the completion of parts sales tasks for regional service personnel.
• Responsible for collecting regional customers' parts sales intentions and generating quotations.
• Responsible for tracking the completion of sales orders and shipping orders, following up on nodes, and compiling sales data.
• Responsible for collecting accounts receivable.
• Responsible for initiating the invoice process in the billing pool.
• Responsible for collecting customer information and assisting in customer conversion efforts.
• Responsible for collecting customer quotations, invoices, and receipts, and maintaining filing records.
• Responsible for market research, collecting competitive product data, and identifying business opportunities.
• Responsible for formulating sales contracts.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Experience in the same field/industry (Heavy Equipment) is REQUIRED.
