The Product Training Manager is responsible for assisting the Product Training Head in:

• Developing and updating Trust-related training programs to support the selling efforts of Branch and Trust Marketing Personnel
• Coordinating with Human Resources and Branch Banking / Retail Banking for the scheduling of such training programs, which includes lectures, workshops, electronic learning (e-learning) modules and learning assessments
• Preparing training materials and logistical requirements, such as presentation slides, creative training paraphernalia and other collaterals that may be needed
• Perform customer engagement functions such as (1) answering client inquiries via email and phone and (2) monitoring and resolving UITF-related client complaints

Your experience and qualifications should be:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder or graduate of any four-year or five-year course
• Has 2 - 3 years' experience in managing a team
• Has 2 - 3 years' related experience in Training Development and Management

Must be willing to be assigned in Makati.
