Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources

Maintain productivity at defined proficiency levels in compliance with department policy and procedure

Demonstrate a desire and initiative to continue learning new and relevant product and technical information as products evolve

Address a multitude of inquiries from Clients end-user customers

• At least 18 years of age
• At least a High school graduate
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
• Able to maintain a fluent conversation in English
• Ability to communicate correctly and clearly
• Identifies and defines problems through the gathering of relevant information leading to the development of alternative solutions.
• Availability to work through various shifts
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
