Regional Recruitment Officer

The AweSM Career Journey starts with you! As the Human Resources Officer for Recruitment, you will ensure that new employees experience a seamless onboarding and integration to the company. Your role starts from facilitating recruitment initiatives to the fulfillment of the talent's hiring requirements and finally their onboarding experience.

Requirements:

• At least 2-5 years of end to end recruitment experience
• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration or other related field
• Candidate must have good Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Interviewing Skills, Negotiation Skills, and Decision Making Skills.

• Candidate must be willing to be assigned in SM Lanang, Davao City.
