Account Support Associate - Work from home

Resellee is seeking a hardworking and confident Account Support Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Makati, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to key accounts by managing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Assist with account management tasks such as billing, invoicing, and contract renewals - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
