Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

First Circle is seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from a remote location.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns - Assist clients in navigating our online platform and providing technical support as needed - Research and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall client experience - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management

Requirements: - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong problem-solving and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Previous experience in customer service or client support is a plus
