Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a passionate and hardworking Contact Center Representative to join our team. This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers with professionalism and courtesy. 2. Assisting customers with product inquiries, orders, and technical issues. 3. Providing timely and accurate information to customers regarding their accounts and transactions. 4. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any further needs. 6. Conducting research and using creativity to find solutions to complex customer problems. 7. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain high quality service.

Requirements: 1. A passion for providing exceptional customer service. 2. Strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. 5. Strong research skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Comfortable using technology and various software programs.
