Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Cropital is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Pasig, NCR, PH. This full-time position, at the Associate Level, requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and managing account information. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues. 5. Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and dedicated individual with excellent planning and communication skills. 2. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. 4. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. 5. Experience in the agriculture or financial industry is a plus.
