Job Description - Customer Support Associate


Job Description:


Ayala Land is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a full-time Associate level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and other inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with order processing and shipment tracking - Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - Resilient and driven individual with a positive attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong planning and organizational abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations - Leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
