Qualifications:
- degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Management or related field
- Experience in Marketo and other tools or platforms
- at least 3 years in Marketing
- Data driven, analytical mindset
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Assist in executing marketing campaigns by constructing emails, designing landing pages, and preparing various on-site marketing assets.
Strategize and conduct ongoing testing across multiple parameters (layout, format, frequency, copy, etc.) to enhance the performance of emails and landing pages, ensuring transparent communication of findings to the team and management.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing post-campaign to compile a repository of best practices for new business and partner marketing.
Contribute to the creation and deployment of content, including articles and learning solutions, within our travel agent knowledge hub.
Take charge of optimizing our global master campaign intake process, demonstrating ownership and driving efficiency improvements.
