Position Summary

This person is responsible for:
- Retail execution of new product launches and promotions
- Sellout generation
- Field force management Job Description Summary:
1. Ensure 100% Retail Readiness for new product launches and promotions
2. Lead strategy and action planning that will drive sellout
3. Ensure quality of Field Force personnel

Role and Responsibilities

Ensure 100% Retail Readiness for new product launches and promotions

• deploy POPs and display units OTIF
• coordinate with Sales team for accounts that need further alignment

Lead strategy and action planning that will drive sellout

• propose strategic and efficient utilization of Retail investments to ensure dominant visibility in the area
• initiate innovative activation to attract local market and drive purchase
• drive seamless integration of Sales team and Field Force towards flawless execution

Ensure quality of Field Force personnel

• create standards, guidelines and monitoring methods to ensure quality workforce
• conduct regular trade checks, work with’s and business reviews

Skills and Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in the consumer goods/ mobile or consumer electronics industry
• Proven track record in optimizing retail operations, including field force performance management, store management, visual merchandising
• Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and key performance indicators to drive strategic decision-making
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Adaptable and flexible with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
