• Execute activities according to the department strategy aiming to increase sales and revenue. • Research new opportunities in the Philippines market • Identify customer needs and requirements for our products and services. • Manage business development projects with customers as an account manager • Build relationship with key persons at potential and keep constant communication for future business • Coordinate well with sales and marketing department for promotion activities • Develop network of contacts to acquire new customers. • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional services and products. • Consult, inform, and provide activities and performance reports to the function manager. • Any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor

Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to and sell injection molding machines to and existing customers.- Identify and generate leads through market research and networking.- Conduct sales presentations and demonstration showcase and features and capabilities of injection molding machines.- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and recommend the appropriate injection molding solutions.- Provide technical support and assistance to customers throughout the sales process.- Maintain relationship with customers and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.- Prepare sales reports, forecast, and updates for management review.- Keep abreast of industry trends, attend industry events to promote products and build relationships with potential customers.---other task will assign time to time
