JOB QUALIFICATIONS:  Graduate of BA or BS Degree in Marketing, Operations Management, Business Administration or other relevant degree.  Willing to start immediately in Angeles City Main Office RESPONSIBILITIES:  Supervise the sales activities of the region or group of accounts and projects he assigned pursuant to the target sales in each project.  Provide a summary and assessment of problem areas, bottlenecks and issues adversely affecting sales performance and unless involving marketing policy issues, apply solution within the scope of his authority.  Prepare weekly sales status report, in text and graphical form, product sales in terms of reserved, sold, under documentation, sales requirement completion, etc. for reference of the Sales Supervisor.  Oversee field activities of broker and sales agents adopting systems flow that minimizes travel and maximum market response.
