Job Description - Salesforce Administrator III

Salesforce Administrator III This person will design, configure and deliver solutions for RealPage’s internal customers as a Salesforce.com Administrator. The individual in this role will be able to understand and translate technical requirements into working solutions within the Salesforce.com platform. These solutions will leverage out of the box functionality native to Salesforce.com. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience and be adept at developing working and thoroughly tested solutions while managing their time in a collaborative team setting. Responsibilities

  • Administration, development, and design of RealPage’s Salesforce.com Sales Cloud instances
  • Daily administration and end-user support of Salesforce.com applications including but not limited to; managing multiple user setups, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, formulas, validations, data backups, writing requirements, design solutions/configurations, and communicating Salesforce.com functional updates to users at RealPage.
  • Create and manage custom reports, complex workflow rules, approval processes and data validation to support business processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop & implement business requirements, best practices, process flows, configuration and testing.
  • Manage and maintain sandbox instances, data migration, environment comparisons and version update control.
  • Train end users and prepare related documentation (training materials, process and data flows, and use cases).
  • Remain current on Salesforce.com best practices and technologies.
  • Lead significant projects on the Salesforce platform
  • Guide and mentor more junior level Salesforce Administrators on the team
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator for a SaaS organization.
  • Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator Certification required
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce.com product suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Platform and the App Exchange
  • Proficiency with the Salesforce.com data loader for import, update, and export activities in Salesforce.com
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast paced & dynamic high growth environment
  • Proven ability to complete tasks in a resourceful and effective way.
  • Experience with agile software delivery methodologies
  • Excellent Client-facing written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Experience leading medium to large Salesforce based projects and implementations
  • Experience creating and enforcing system governance on the Salesforce platform
Preferred Skills
  • Salesforce.com Platform Developer I or Platform App Builder Certifications
  • Experience with Docusign management and integrations
  • Experience with Pardot administration and reporting
  • Experience with Einstein Analytics
  • Experience with Seismic, SalesLoft, GainSight
  • Experience working on Apttus Contract Management
