Sales/Marketing Director

• Solicits, identifies and generates sales on FIT, Group and Tour Business from domestic as well as international sources
• Conducts Sales Blitzes, Familiarization Tours and Sales Trips, both domestic and international
• Coordinates with other departments of the resort particularly with F&B in coming out with programs and promotions suitable for the resort
• Proposes and recommends implementation of rate matrix for all target market as reference in negotiations and proposals
• Directs and analyze the monitoring of sales strategies
• Decides on discounts extended based on approved established guidelines
• Conducts analysis and market surveys on competitors and tourism industry’s on-going activities and promotions

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
