Job Summary:

Deploy release of new technologies as well as design, install, configure, maintain and integrate system testing performance of PC/server operating systems, related utilities and hardware.

What you will be doing:

• Installs, maintains and upgrades internal computer software systems used for designing and developing company products.

• Perform vulnerability remediation on servers

• Proposes and implements system enhancements that will improve reliability and performance of system.

• Monitors usage and performance.

• Trains personnel on system usage.

• Troubleshoots server, software and hardware issues.

• Researches, evaluates and recommends software and hardware products.

• Researches and develops ways of automating workflows.

• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:

• MUSTH HAVE: 2–4 years experience in CyberArk/Sailpoint Administration

• Knowledge in Privileged/Identity Access Management software

• Must be amenable to work on a night shift

• Must be amenable to work on a Hybrid setup (Twice a week onsite). Office location is at Ecoplaza Bldg, Makati City (near Magallanes MRT Station, EDSA)

• College undergraduates and Non-Bachelor's Degree holders with relevant work experiences are welcome to apply

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients and public

• Knowledge in PowerShell Scripting

• Knowledge in ServiceNow

• 2 – 4 years experience in Linux (CentOS/RedHat) System Administration

• 2 – 4 years experience in Windows System Administration

• Experience with SaltStack and/or Ansible 

• Basic network troubleshooting including OS level packet captures (pcap/tcpdump)

• Knowledge of multiple operating systems and related utilities and hardware

• Knowledge of storage management, TCP/IP, network monitoring and tools and technical writing principles and practices
