Description LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS RESIDING IN THE PHILIPPINES!! Position: Podcast Producer/Editor Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 working hours, the ideal would be 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (CST), but can do different hours as long as they're available for two hours from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM (CST) - Schedule can be flexible, Overlapping schedule for at least 2-3 hours Salary Range: USD 900 - 1500 / Monthly About The Company The company is a dynamic media company passionate about exploring the intersection of technology, innovation, and creativity. About The Role The company is seeking a skilled Podcast Producer/Editor to join our team. This role will be instrumental in crafting compelling audio/video content, managing various aspects of podcast production, and driving audience growth through strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
Editing podcast audio/video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and other relevant tools to ensure high-quality production standards.
Designing captivating graphics for episodes to enhance visual appeal and branding consistency.
Generating comprehensive show notes, timestamps, and titles to accompany each episode, facilitating audience engagement and comprehension.
Managing operational tasks such as publishing podcasts on YouTube and other social networks, ensuring timely delivery and maximum visibility.
Implementing audience growth strategies by tracking analytics, conducting experiments, and optimizing content to expand the podcast's reach.
Requirements QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation or a related field, demonstrating proficiency in audio/video production and editing.
Genuine interest in content creation, podcasts, and YouTube, with a particular enthusiasm for technology and blockchain advancements.
Editing podcast audio/video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and other relevant tools to ensure high-quality production standards.
Exceptional attention to detail, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the production process.
Expertise and efficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software
Tech-Savy in Adobe Creative Suite ( Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects)
Designing captivating graphics for episodes to enhance visual appeal and branding consistency.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and graphic design, with a willingness to learn and utilize other modern tools such as Notion and Airtable.
Strong communication skills, capable of presenting information in a clear, organized manner and fostering collaboration within the team.
Intellectual curiosity and analytical prowess, as this role entails editing discussions on cutting-edge technologies and engaging in intellectually demanding tasks.
Device / Connectivity Requirements
At least 50-100 Mbps internet speed
Must have their own Permanent Work From Home Equipment like Laptop and Personal Computer with External Monitor.
