Web Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Homebase is seeking a dedicated and independent Web Chat Specialist to join our remote team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through web chat interactions. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize analysis and decision-making skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the customer service team to escalate and resolve complex issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate and efficient support - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates - Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer support software - Excellent analysis and decision-making skills - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
