An individual contributor who acts as an Analytics Business Partner advising key Business Leaders within Global Services and Solutions. Role and Responsibilities:

  Provides organizational expertise and analytic insights to VPs, Directors and Business Leaders on a day-to-day basis.
• 
  Develops and implements comprehensive tools and strategies that allow raw data to be transformed into business insights that are often used for decision-making and strategic planning.
• 
  Creates structured management reports and dashboards for monitoring and periodical evaluation of business performance.

• 
  Synthes business key trends and assess current/future business risk by performing adhoc and strategic analysis.
• 
  Structures end-to-end analyses from methodology to recommendation with supervision of associate manager/senior business analyst.
• 
  Has the ability to clearly communicate business insights, ideas and results to both technical and non-technical teams to ensure proper utilization of analytical solutions.
• 
  Requires strong database manipulation, strong analytical skills, stakeholder & project management skills and the ability to collaborate/cooperate with cross functional teams.
• 
  Able to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects and/or activities.

• 
  The shift is dependent on stakeholders (typically 8am-5pm Mountain Time). This role may require travel, may work in US/UK locations based on the requirements of stakeholders.
• 
  Required to learn other advanced analytical tools based on the business needs (ie. Tableau, Power BI, etc).
• 
  Minimum 2 years of Tableau hands on experience.
