Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Executive with a background in seafarer marketing to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain seafarers for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain seafarers for the company. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with seafarer recruitment agencies, training centers, and other stakeholders. 
• Identify new opportunities for business growth within the seafaring industry. 
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives. 
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the seafaring industry. 
• Strong knowledge of the seafaring industry, including recruitment trends, regulations, and best practices. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
