About the Role
Reporting to the two Australian owners who have 20 years of experience in the media industry, your primary duty will involve contributing to the success of the sales team by implementing effective outreach strategies through email campaigns, utilizing creative content creation tools like Canva, leveraging Microsoft Suite for seamless communication, achieving significant conversion rates, and showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the sales process and social media platforms for enhance client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Commence outreach endeavors through email campaigns to establish connections with potential clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their interests and needs.
- Utilise a strong grasp of Canva to craft visually engaging and innovative content and presentations.
- Utilise Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Teams, to facilitate seamless communication and collaborative efforts.
- Attain a notable conversion rate from initial emails to follow-up interactions, targeting a success rate of 10-15%.
Position Prerequisites
Experience & Software
- At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Suites, particularly PowerPoint and Teams
- Proficient understanding of sales process
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a bonus
- Experience with any CRM, preferably Hubspot is beneficial
- Experience with building infographics is also advantageous

- Proactive, can work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly organized with multi-tasking abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and adjust to changing priorities and demands
