  • Responsible for leading the North & Central Luzon Sales Team to reach their targets as set by the company.
  • Understanding and Analyzing market trends and demands.
  • Primarily tasked with hiring team members, setting quotas evaluating team performance and developing processes to improve sales.

  • Graduate of Marketing or any Business related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience as manager in sales
  • Has Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet sales targets
  • Excellent leadership skills
