Duties and Responsibilities: Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates. Setting KPI target performance for Sales and Margin. Monitoring of branch aging items and inventory level. Ensure that the company's policies and procedures are implemented and undertake disciplinary actions if needed. Ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly reports are submitted on time.
