Customer Service Intern

Job Description:

• Support inquiries management activities by responding to inquiries via various channels (email, chat), striving to meet or exceed daily response targets
• Provide accurate and helpful information to students, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues effectively
• Assist in maintaining an up-to-date database of frequently asked questions (FAQs) and support materials for quick reference and accurate responses
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless resolution of students' concerns
• Listen to customer feedback and suggest areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in A university and taking up his/her practicum class
• Preferably a Computer Science or Information Technology Student.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Shows initiative, independent, learner
• Likes challenges and gets things done
