Job Description - Intern HR- Recruitment


Opportunities:

About the Role  

We're looking for a motivated and organized Recruitment Intern to join our growing team! This 6-month internship will provide valuable experience in the exciting world of recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on both sourcing and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

 

Responsibilities

Support the Recruitment team:

  • Assist with sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels (online platforms, social media, networking).
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Prepare interview materials and participate in the interview process (taking notes, providing feedback).
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process (keeping them informed, scheduling interviews).

ATS Management:

  • Maintain and update records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (e.g., job postings, candidate profiles, interview scheduling).

General Support:

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment (data entry, file management).
  • Conduct basic research on target positions and industry trends.
  • Proactively learn and gain exposure to all aspects of the recruitment process.
 

Essential requirements:

  • Graduating or a Fresh College Graduate in a bachelor's degree program preferably in a Human Resources related course.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
  • Interest in human resources and talent acquisition.
  • Must have no pending Laboratory courses and able to render full time.
  • Have a strong, assertive, and confident personality
  • This role is requires you to work through zoom for 8 hours with camera on

  • 8GB RAM - minimum
  • Dual Core CPU - minimum
  • Camera: HD Webcam (720p)
  • Headset: Noise canceling (preferably)
  • Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum
