???? ROLE SUMMARY

As a Brand and Content Marketing Intern at Lyger Coffee, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the co-founders to accomplish Brand Management and Marketing responsibilities. Primary responsibility would be generating creative content ideas and producing engaging photos and short video content that resonates with our audience. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands on experience in end to end brand management and contribute significantly to our marketing activities and campaigns. 

???? CONTENT MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation : Craft compelling, brand-aligned photos and short video content for use across our social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

Idea Generation : Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas that highlight our instant coffee products and the lifestyle they represent.

???? BRAND MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Management: Assist in brand management tasks, including checking marketplace listing errors and sourcing suppliers, among other responsibilities.

Product and Market Research: Conduct and prepare a market scan file for future business or product development strategy, while also engaging in ongoing research to stay ahead of social media trends and coffee industry developments, ensuring our content remains relevant and engaging.

Marketing Program Implementation: Facilitate agency and supplier coordination, negotiation, and ensure a smooth execution by preparing a task list and timeline, while also coordinating requirements with all stakeholders.

???? QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Design or a related field.
• Commit at least 20 hours per week (schedule can be flexible)
• Strong interest and passion for content creation, social media, and the coffee industry.
• Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and understanding of each platform's best practices.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and photography; video editing skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Prior experience in content creation or social media management is preferred but not required.
