- As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will:
- You will support the maintenance and QA of our marketing collateral
- Help manage and update marketing databases
- Assist with content creation, including writing copy for social media posts, emails, etc
- Assist in the production and QA of our print materials
- Daily administrative tasks to ensure team coordination and inter-department collaboration
- Collaborating with internal teams, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned
Accountabilities:
- 1. Project Management: Help keep marketing projects on track. You might create task lists, manage deadlines, and monitor progress to identify and solve any roadblocks that arise
- 2. Reporting and Analysis: Play a key role in tracking the performance of marketing campaigns. You'll help collect data, generate reports, and identify trends and areas for improvement. This will provide valuable insights to inform future marketing decisions
- 3. Process Improvement: Look for ways to streamline the marketing team's workflows and make them more efficient. You might suggest new tools or processes to help the team work smarter, not harder
- 4. Engagement Support: Assist with planning and supporting marketing engagements. This could involve tasks like coordinating with the engagement team, managing vendors, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly on the scheduled events
