About E-commerce Team: Global e-commerce is content e-commerce business mainly based on diversified and tailored livestreaming and short videos. It is committed to enriching life with engaging and entertaining shopping experiences and to making global commerce efficient and accessible for all. Global e-commerce business team hopes to provide users with more tailored, active and efficient consumption experience, enabling merchants to receive stable and reliable platform services in different scenarios, so as to make more affordable and high-quality products sell easily and bring a better life within reach. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2024. Internships at ByteDance aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Responsibilities: - Assisting the team in the process of acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants. Tasks include basic seller education, livestream/video support, campaign status update and other operation related tasks. - Communicating with sellers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed. - Assisting the AM team members during the onboarding process, tasks included educating the sellers, problem troubleshooting, campaign monitoring and status update. - Other admin-related work and troubleshooting for external and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino - Highly motivated to learn about social commerce, enthusiastic and shows initiative - Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools - Actively enrolled university student Preferred Qualifications - An outstanding appreciation for accuracy of information and clean, perfect formatting - Collaborative and open to changes and challenges ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
