Description

To assist Technology team as an On-site IT Support Intern whose job responsibilities include the below, but are not limited to: 

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for staff and lawyers, including setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
• Support firm applications such as Microsoft Office and others
• IT asset management 
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Minimum Qualifications

Availability - can start immediately (preferably by 1st week of May)

Internship Arrangement

• Can report in the office/on site during weekdays - Daily Allowance provided (PHP350/day)
• Length of Internship - based on University/School Requirements

Education

• Student and currently taking up Bachelors Degree in Information Technology / other related courses)

Skills and Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively (both oral and written) and foster good relationship with key stakeholders (both internal and external)
• With a keen eye for details, flexibility and qualities of a team player
• With time management skills and ability to organize multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Able to write /draft reports
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft (MS) software (i.e. Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook) and databases to manage voluminous data
