Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Officer to join our team in a remote work position. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with resolving any issues or inquiries they may have.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Independent and self-driven with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent planning and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
