Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

First Circle is seeking a motivated and resourceful Call Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients over the phone. This is a remote work position based in Makati, NCR, PH.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide information about our products and services, as well as address any customer concerns or issues. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold company standards. 6. Meet or exceed performance goals, including call volume and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and demonstrate cooperation with team members. 5. Motivated to provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations. 6. Resourceful problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
