Job Description:
Petron Corporation is seeking a motivated and driven Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via remote communication channels. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients have a positive experience and receive the support they need.
Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Providing product information and assistance to clients - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs - Monitoring client accounts and ensuring accuracy of information - Developing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Handling customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services - Meeting and exceeding performance goals
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients - Proficiency in utilizing remote communication tools - Driven and confident personality traits - Strategic planning and adaptability skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
