Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Petron Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is remote and will be based in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service and a proven track record of success in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer interactions and provide coaching and feedback to team members - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction levels - Prepare and present regular reports on customer service performance metrics


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in managing a customer service team - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and engage team members - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Resourceful and reliable with a solutions-oriented mindset - Demonstrated teamwork and people management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
