Job Description:

FlySpaces, a leading provider of flexible workspace solutions, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, adaptable, innovative, and have strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services. 3. Assist customers with booking and managing their workspace rentals. 4. Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. 5. Strong problem-solving skills. 6. Resourceful and adaptable. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
