Customer Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at SM Investments Corporation. This is a remote work position based in Parañaque, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate will be independent, hardworking, and possess excellent research and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve our products and services. 4. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Independent and self-motivated.
