Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Meralco. This is a remote work position based in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. As a part-time role with mid-to-senior level seniority, we require a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer success or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Analyze customer data to identify trends and propose solutions for improvement - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and preferences - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and measure satisfaction - Create and maintain documentation for customer success processes and best practices


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Resourceful and reliable with a problem-solving mindset - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Persuasion skills to influence customers and drive positive outcomes - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience in the energy industry is a plus
