Job Description - Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a talented and adaptable Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Philippine Airlines. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing support to our customers through live chat interactions. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing assistance with bookings, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through live chat. 2. Provide assistance with booking flights, changing reservations, and processing refunds. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to higher levels of support when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on airline policies, procedures, and promotions.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role. 2. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work independently. 3. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 5. Adaptable and passionate about providing outstanding customer service. 6. Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively. 7. Experience with live chat software and customer relationship management tools is a plus.
